Guidelines for the Comprehensive Nursing Health History

  1. Each student is to perform a Comprehensive Nursing Health History on their laboratory partner as scheduled on the Health Assessment Laboratory #1.
  2. The Comprehensive Nursing Health History performed on their laboratory partner should be typed according to the Publication Manual for the American Psychological Association (5th Edition).
  3. The Comprehensive Nursing Health History performed on their laboratory partner is due on February 4, 2003.
  4. Students are encouraged to refer to their notes on performing a Comprehensive Nursing Health History from NU 215.
  5. Students are encouraged to use the Learning Center.
