POWER
Library and Other Electronic Access
We
hope that our DeSales students/faculty/staff are taking
full advantage of our Library's
subscription databases that are tailored to the needs
of our curriculum. But for additional electronic resources
and for those outside the DeSales community, some electronic
resources are available from the State of Pennsylvania.
Anyone who is a Pennsylvania resident and who has a public
library card, may access the POWER Library sponsored
by the State Library of Pennsylvania. Similar electronic
access is available to New Jersey and
Delaware residents.

If
you do not have a library card from your hometown
public library, you may apply for one at the public
library that serves your location. Since the
actual process of accessing the POWER Library
is done on the county level, you must be certain that
you apply to the library that serves your residence.
For example, If you live in Center Valley, you would
apply to the Southern
Lehigh Public Library.
