Partnership Programs - Salesian Leadership Institute The "Catholic Hero's Journey" |
The activities
of the year-long institute include two major components
developed by the
Catholic Leadership Institute and modified
for use by the Salesian Center:

L.E.A.P. - Leaders Experiential Adventure Program
3-day retreat, held at the Malvern (PA) Retreat Center
conducted at the beginning and end of the program
focusing on the discovery of one's personal profile and the development of one's personal mission
emphasizing skills development in terms of clarity, courage, choice, and support

B.E.I.T. - Being Energized & Inspired Together directed by Fr. Peter Leonard & Fr. Doug Burns
1-2 hour meetings, held on campus
conducted monthly (10 sessions in all)
focusing on personal reflection and group discussion, with facilitators trained in Salesian leadership
emphasizing skills development in terms of leadership of self, creating winning relationships, and leading others to a better future
